Wedding Planning Need to Knows

A wedding planner or coordinator provides a seamless wedding experience. You get to make all the decisions you want to, and we take care of the rest!

We recommend, book, and communicate with your vendors, so everyone is on the same page on wedding day. Our services may also include wedding design, timeline development, rehearsal coordination, setup and breakdown of details, customized signage, etc.

We become your planning bestie and are there to make sure all you have to worry about is getting into that perfect dress or suit and taking in all the special moments with your people!

As your wedding planner, I am excited to help you make all your wedding decisions, big and small. Your right hand lady to help you book vendors, design decor, develop layouts and seating charts, and anything else you need!

As your wedding coordinator, I look forward to seeing your beautiful wedding plans after decisions are made. I can help to refine certain aspects and assist in timeline building to ensure a seamless flow day-of, but decisions are primarily made by you. When wedding day rolls around, I am the primary contact for all vendors, set-up, solution managing, etc.

Services Offered

We offer full planning, partial planning, and wedding coordination services to create your dream wedding. We also have a custom package option for other party types or a la carte services.

Full planning packages can be booked up to a 2 years in advance and services begin as soon as you are booked with us. Must be booked at least 6 months in advance.

Partial planning packages can be booked up to a year in advance and services generally begin about 6-3 months from your wedding date depending on needs. Must be booked at least 3 months in advance.

Wedding Coordination services can be booked up to a year in advance and services generally begin about 3 months from your wedding date. Must be booked at least 3 months in advance.

Yes, we love being creative with budgets! Contact us to create a custom proposal that fits your needs.

We provide wedding planning services in Montana and Idaho for your convenience. Have a different location in mind? Reach out through our custom package inquiry!

Yes we do! Our off-season is November through April. If your date lies within those months, then reach out through our inquiry form and select “off season” in the package interest box to talk more about pricing and availability.
